*UPDATE*
Please allow extra time for shipping at the moment. Due to the pandemic, many postal carriers are experiencing significant delays. Currently, packages shipped to Italy are taking approximately 2/3 days to arrive at their destinations. International shipments are taking 1 to 3 weeks in extreme cases. Thank you for your patience <3
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is currently available. Please do not select ‘local pickup’ shipping option if you’re not gonna be able to come to my studio to get your order! ♡♡♡
SHIPPING TIME
Most orders ship within a few days but please allow up to 10 days for processing. Normally, packages take 5-10 business days from shipping date to arrive at the destination. 🙂
RETURNS
Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect please contact me to sort it out.
CUSTOMS FEES
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
PACKAGE LIABILITY
I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.
If you have any problems with your package, contant me through mail so we can solve the problem together.
